At Kyro Eyewear, we want you to love your new eyewear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in its original condition

• Include the original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable)

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or have been altered may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@kyroeyewear.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for your return

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include clear photos of the product so we can resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your eyewear for a different model or color, please contact our support team. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
